“Aggregation technology helps to consolidate many websites into one page that can show only the new or updated information from many sites. Aggregators reduce the time and effort needed to regularly check websites for updates, creating a unique information space or personal newspaper.”https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/News_aggregator

The website itself is the personal project of Paul Fulford.
It came about because of Paul’s long-time interest in flying. Paul flew solo for the first time shortly after his 19th birthday.
He achieved his private pilot’s license soon after that, and became rated on two different aircraft. He did not pursue a career in aviation. Paul’s career was actually in the financial / banking industry. He was a branch manager for a financial services company, and later became a commercial banker. After that, he did over a decade of database management consulting. But he never lost his interest in flight, and over the years started to follow the emerging satellite business.
After retirement, he decided to launch this website to allow others to more fully investigate the fascinating world of outer space exploration, the science of space, and the business of space. Space may be the most important area of human research. There’s more to learn than meets the eye, and you’ll find everything available on the subject linked right here.
